1. Refund Eligibility

Due to the bespoke, data-driven nature of our reports, we generally do not offer refunds once the report generation process has begun. However, you may be eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances:

  • You request a cancellation before our team has begun processing your report.
  • We are unable to source sufficient comparable data in your specific area to provide an accurate valuation.
  • We fail to deliver the report within the guaranteed 48-hour timeframe (excluding delays caused by missing information from the customer).

2. Disputed Valuations

Our reports are based on objective, comparable market evidence. We do not offer refunds simply because the suggested rent range is lower or higher than your expectations. If you believe there is a factual error in the report (e.g., incorrect property size or missing key features), please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will review and amend the report free of charge if an error is found.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or report an issue, please contact our support team via our Contact page. Please include your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 working days.
